The move is finalized, and we're back in business! Hope you enjoy the new home! Though I suppose you won't notice anything on your side of the site.

Sorry about the site being down the last few days. I'm currently in the middle of moving between hosting providers. Everything is back up now, and working perfectly.

I'm back in Florida for the time being.  Currently, continuing classes at NWF State College (formerly OWC, formerly OWCC, formerly OWJC).  I am, therefore, available for instruction and performance in and around the Fort Walton Beach / Niceville / Destin area.  Please visit the "Teaching / Performance"e; section of the site (yet to be created!) for more info.

During these past few months, you may have noticed that another period of 'Let's ignore the website' has passed.  I'm going through and cleaning up the 'in progress' parts as much as possible over the next few days.  If you like the site, please, feel free to let me know!  If there's something you'd like to see, again, I'd love to hear from you.

Well, ETW's over, and Spring Break's a thing of the past.  Hopefully everyone had a blast testing out mouthpieces, checking out trombones, and getting a hands-on with all the new trombone-geek gadgets that we all love so much.

Oh, and the players.  How about those recitals and masterclasses???  What a weekend - and it had to be even better live.  Too bad I had to miss out on this one... you better believe that I will be in attendance come next spring!

Kudos to everyone who participated - playing, performing, teaching, and otherwise working to make the weekend a success!

(Note to The Powers That Be within the ETW: Videocasts of the entire weekend would be really awesome for those of us who are stuck at home.  But the audiostreams were definitely not bad!)

My Baby, in Black and White

To learn more about who I am, my background, and educational history, please visit the "About" page.  For any information regarding my availability as a private intructor, or for performance inquiries, I would direct you to the pertinent sections in the menu.

As a random internet-connected trombone player (or other musician of sorts), I believe most of the goodies you would be interested in are to be found in the "Resources" tab.  There is also a hand-picked link library of quality sites, people, or companies, to be found, well, under "Links".

I hope you enjoy the site, and as it continues to grow, I will be continually developing and updating the site.  If you wish to give me a heads up about something, be it a useful trombone- or music-related site to share, or to let me know about a technical issue you are having, feel free to send me an email.  My contact information is found above, under the 'contact' tab.

current > future

looking forward to what's ahead

As I finish up the work on the site, I continue to brainstorm and design new resources to provide better and more useful information.  After all, that is what this site is about - providing personal and professional info about myself, and providing useful links and sources of information for the trombone playing musician.  As I continue to develop the site, I will be constantly adding more resources, in addition to a number of personal media files.  Again, if you have comments or suggestions, I always welcome a friendly email.

when workers present

Most of the "Work in Progress" has been removed, by this point.  However, there are still some sections that have some filling yet to be done.  Hopefully I can finish these areas as soon as possible.

Keep it cool.  Keep it jazzy.  And keep practicing.

Peace...
